Any goods in relation to which an offence under these Regula-
tions has been committed shall be liable to forfeiture and upon forfeiture shall be disposed of as His Majesty's Minister may
direct.
4. Nothing in these Regulations shall be deemed to prohibit any
transaction authorised by a written licence granted by His Majesty's Minister.
5. These Regulations may be cited as "The Arms Regulations 1919".
